This premium service allows clients to outsource alcohol pickup, storage, and delivery while maintaining full ownership and control over their selections.

Bar Concierge services are based in Sherman, TX, with limited availability within a 15-mile radius. Additional fees may apply outside the primary service area.

SGE Order Placement

Prefer a hands-off experience? SGE will build and place your alcohol orders with approved retailers using your finalized selections. Orders are submitted for client approval prior to purchase. Alcohol is purchased at retail pricing with no markup by SGE.

Alcohol & Supply Return Service

Following your event, SGE can return unopened alcohol to the original retailer on your behalf. Returns are subject to store policies, with refunds issued directly to the client.

Bar Menu Planning

Not sure what or how much to buy? SGE will create a customized bar shopping list based on your guest count, event style, and service timeline. This planning service helps prevent overbuying or shortages and provides a clear list ready for ordering or pickup.

What happens when I book the Beer & Wine Concierge Package?

Once your package is selected, you’ll choose your beer and wine selections and place your order through an SGE-approved retailer located in Sherman, TX, or within a 15-mile radius. You’ll notify SGE of the pickup date and time, and our team will retrieve your order, store it securely, and deliver it to your event location. At the end of the event, all remaining alcohol and supplies leave with the client.

What happens when I book the Full Bar Concierge Package?
How does SGE determine how much alcohol I should purchase?

After selecting the Full Bar Concierge Package, you’ll finalize your beer, wine, liquor, and mixer selections. Orders are placed through approved retailers within Sherman, TX, or a 15-mile radius. SGE will coordinate pickup, handle secure storage, and deliver all items to your event. All remaining alcohol and supplies are returned to the client following the event.

Alcohol calculations are based on industry standards and event best practices. However, every event and guest list is different. Preferences can vary widely based on region, demographics, and personal taste. While SGE provides guidance for commonly consumed items, we cannot guarantee exact consumption amounts or predict individual guest preferences.

What’s the difference between Bar Menu Planning and SGE Order Placement?

Bar Menu Planning

Focuses on strategy — determining what to buy and how much based on your event details.

SGE Order Placement

Focuses on execution — placing approved orders and coordinating pickup.
These services are separate and may be booked individually or together.

Are restock or return fees my responsibility if SGE placed the order?
Where does SGE pick up alcohol?

Yes. Even when SGE builds and places the order on your behalf, all alcohol remains client-owned. Any restocking, cancellation, or return fees charged by the retailer are the client’s responsibility.

Pickup is limited to approved retailers located in Sherman, TX or within a 15-mile radius, including Specs, Sam’s Club, and Walmart.

What if I want an item that the retailer is out of or doesn't have?
How far in advance can pickup be scheduled?
What happens if SGE places the order for me?

Retailers control their own inventory. If an item is out of stock, delayed, discontinued, substituted, or limited, this is not the responsibility of SGE, but we can help you find a substitution.

Alcohol may be picked up and stored up to 30 days prior to your event. Pickup must be scheduled no less than 7 days before the event date to allow adequate planning and coordination.

If SGE Order Placement is selected, all orders are submitted for client approval prior to purchase. Client approval constitutes acceptance of retailer pricing, availability, and store policies.

Are changes allowed close to the event date?

No changes are permitted within 14 days of the event. This includes quantities, brands, retailers, or pickup details.

How do alcohol returns work?
Can I make changes after pickup?

Alcohol returns are subject to retailer policies. Only unopened items may be returned. Any refunds are issued directly by the retailer to the client.

Once alcohol has been picked up and stored, changes are not guaranteed.
