You shouldn’t have to juggle alcohol planning on top of everything else that goes into creating a great event. With Service Gem Events Host Bar Packages, you purchase the alcohol, and we take care of the rest.

Our services include professional, licensed bartenders, a complete bar setup and breakdown, ice, cups, mixers, and precise alcohol quantity calculations to ensure you’re properly stocked without overspending. For ultimate convenience, we can also handle the pickup, secure storage, and delivery of your alcohol and all bar-related items.

From the early planning stages through last call, our experienced team manages every behind-the-bar detail with efficiency and care, allowing you to relax, enjoy your guests, and feel confident that your bar service is handled seamlessly.

Host Bar Packages

All Host Bar Packages include professional bartenders, full bar setup, mixers, garnishes, cups, ice, alcohol planning, and optional alcohol pickup, storage, and delivery. You purchase the alcohol - we handle everything else.

Bar Service Time

All Host Bars have a max serving time of 4 hours. Additional time can be purchased.

There is a $500 fee for any additional bar service areas besides the main bar.

There is a 75 guest minimum.

How does the Host Bar Package Work?

We make hosting a bar simple, organized, and stress-free. Here’s how the process works from start to finish:

1. Book Your Event
   The client secures their date with Service Gem Events by selecting a Host Bar Package and completing the booking process.

2. Share Drink Selections & Event Details
   We gather your preferred drink selections along with key event details such as guest count, event length, and venue requirements.

3. Alcohol Recommendations & Quantity Planning
   Based on your menu and guest count, SGE provides professional alcohol recommendations and precise quantity estimates to ensure your bar is fully stocked without overbuying.

4. Alcohol Shopping List Provided
   SGE sends the client a detailed alcohol-only shopping list or coordinates directly with the client regarding alcohol purchasing.

5. SGE Supplies All Remaining Bar Items
   We take care of everything else needed to operate the bar, including cups, mixers, garnishes, ice, bar tools, and setup essentials.

6. Alcohol Pickup, Storage & Delivery
   If selected, SGE will pick up the client’s alcohol order, securely store it, and deliver it to the event on the day of - along with all other bar items.

7. Professional Bar Service
   Your package includes licensed, insured bartenders who will:

   • Set up the bar area

   • Serve guests throughout the event

   • Break down and clean up the bar at the end of the night
